Every employee in Ascomp is inculcated with the belief that a satisfied customer is a return customer. Support is an integral part of Ascomp/’s project delivery and is a fundamental part of our corporate values. Our long-term commitment to our customers is extended beyond the Project Life Cycle through our support services. Our support team comprises of qualified engineers/consultants fully trained on the solution. Support is provided through pre-defined Service Level Agreements on mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
The support centre will share its weekly status reports with our Project Manager, who will then get in touch/share the status with client’s SPOC on need basis biweekly/monthly.
Communication will be achieved via the online collaboration space set up by client for the purpose of this project. In addition the traditional communication media such as telephone fax and email would be used based on the need.
